Welcome to the “Let’s Move” page. Here you will find a variety of workouts. These are the workouts that I personally do to keep my weight loss going.

Workout Routine

Monday- Arm day + 30 minutes of cardio

Tuesday- Cardio Energy + 30 minutes of cardio

Wednesday- Leg Day + 30 minutes of cardio

Thursday- Full Body workout + 30 minutes of cardio

Friday- Mystery Workout + 30 minutes of cardio

Saturday /Sunday- rest or maybe 20 minutes of cardio or fun exercise with friends

I understand that people are at different levels of exercise abilities so starting somewhere is better than not doing anything at all.

I too started somewhere just watch the video from May 2013 down below

Try combining warm up with cardio and adding on. If you can complete the whole workout with ease add heavier weights

Don’t forget to stretch
