Lying in my bed like ugh!!!!
Crazy coming from a girl who completed the Spartan sprint, ran a 5k, and enjoys doing boot camps for fun.
I forgot the whole reason I started writing and I now am remembering again.
I too know my flesh hates anything that will be healthy for it.
I’m lying in the bed right now dreading to workout for 25 mins with SHaun T.
I’m getting up and I can feel that my blood sugar may be up.
So here’s the plan so far
1. Gallon of water a day
2. No sweet treats (they just make me feel so bad inside especially cake)
3. No fast food.
4. 25 min of Shaun T Focus T 25
5. Run on the days off. (3x a week 30 minutes)
