Yesterday my boyfriend and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary. This is what I wore. Feeling great and looking great!
But I have something to tell you guys. My eating habits are derailing off track.
I am acknowledging this before things break down and get worst.
I’m not in a state of depression or eating just because, but just making poor eating choices.
Luckily I have been working out a lot so I am able to maintain, but if I do not get back on track I know I will revert back to old habits, I have been down this road before.
1. Acknowledging that I have derailed and making the commitment to change.
2. Understanding my triggers and creating a realistic action plan in order to successfully fight through these bad habits.
3. Daily Maintenance
So my old action plan was to meal plan and have protein shakes when I crave.
This old plan is not really working for me any more so I need to get to the root of why I am craving. The body craves when it is missing vital nutrients.
Looking mentally at my eating habits I notice that I have tremendously decreased my intake of fruits and vegetables.
So my new goal will be to increase my intake of fruits and vegetables.
So I am in the process of creating a action plan of what this looks like for myself.
I will update you guys with the plan once I get it done and hopefully this will help me to get back on track!!!

My nursing classes are really helping in my own day to day life situations.
