Personal Goals to Achieve for Bootcamp

My bootcamp is a 6 week challenge. 5 days a week 1 hour workouts and he has created a nutrition plan.

I have created some goals for myself.

1. Lose 20lbs
2. Create healthy eating habits
3. Create discipline to workout 5 times a week
4. Overcome junk good cravings
5. Drink water with each meal
6. Fit in pink skirt
