So it is week 8.
It is important for me to keep up with these weekly video post! When Aug 2015 rolls around Lord willing, I want to look back and see my year progress!
Already going into my second year of weight loss I have experienced a lot of things, the first year was about getting mental prepared and this year is really about going hard and ditching the bad habits completely. Already I ran a 5k and I will be starting a boot camp lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks.
With all that being said, since the 5k run I fell completely off! Slowly, but surely getting it back together. I had a excellent week with keeping up with my workouts so far I worked out 4 times this week and I will be going today after breakfast. I had some bad snacks that do not help me at all
And yesterday and class sparked the fuel that I needed when we talked about pcos and diabetes. So funny how quickly we forget how we put our health in jeopardy over a slice of cake.
PCOS and Diabetes is just a whole other topic on its on. School has been slamming me and I really wanted to do My PCOS story this month, but I have not had the time to do it so maybe next week I will have some time.
