It’s week 5 and I am still in the game. Usually by this time I have reverted back to my old ways and start to binge eat my weight back up. Not this time. I’m moving forward in a positive way.
The 5k is in a couple of weeks and I am really excited to run!
I have already started thinking about a new challenge. Strength training. I’m getting closer to my goal and as a part of the goal I would like to be toned.
Have to start lifting!!!
